Tom Van Paepegem

Say hello to the CEO! Over 20 years ago, Tom started his career in clinical research at a phase I-II unit as a Trial Nurse and Quality Coordinator. Afterwards, Tom held various positions, such as Training Manager, Clinical QA auditor, as well as Clinical Research Associate and Project Manager within the CRO environment. In January 2012, together with Jacqueline Hertoghs, Tom co-founded HarmonyCR where he took on the overall responsibility for clinical operations and staffing. In 2022, Tom became HarmonyCR’s Chief Executive Officer following the retirement of Jacqueline. In his leisure time, Tom likes playing badminton, running, and spending time with family and friends.
