Staffing services

HarmonyCR offers staffing services on a flexible basis. Functions include but are not limited to Project Managers, Clinical Research Associates, Clinical Trial Associates, and Study Coordinators. Various outsourcing scenarios are possible, depending on the client’s needs, for example on project basis, temporary, part-time, or full-time basis.

Outsourced colleagues are working under the umbrella of the client’s Quality Management System. They can work at the client’s office, home-based, or work in a hybrid model, depending on the client’s requirements.

All general training and qualification aspects of outsourced staff members are handled by HarmonyCR, while project-specific training resides with the client. We ensure close follow-up with our outsourced employees through regular team meetings, ongoing support, and personal contacts.
